Conditions for booking excursions

After booking the excursion, our representative will contact you and inform you of the exact time and place of departure for the excursion. For everything to go perfectly, it is better to be ready 10 minutes before the arrival of the transport.

You will receive all the necessary information to prepare for the trip in advance: how to dress properly, what may be useful on the trip and what things are best to take with you. Please remember that when visiting monasteries and other places of pilgrimage, you must wear clothing that covers your legs and shoulders.

Entertaining excursions, for example to a water park, are accompanied by our Russian-speaking staff, who will always help resolve any issue.

SAFETY

Cyprus is one of the safest places in Europe, but anything can happen. Please keep an eye on your belongings while traveling and be careful and cautious. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safety of hand luggage and equipment during the excursion.

We care about the comfort of all our guests. Therefore, we ask you to refrain from drinking alcohol during your travels. To be in a good mood while moving, it is better to drink plain water obtained in Cyprus. It has a unique taste and tonic properties.

QUESTIONS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND OF THE EXCURSION COST


The cost of bus information tours includes:
  • services of a qualified Russian-speaking guide,
  • transfer,
  • cost of entrance tickets to museums.
Children under 2 years old travel free with their parents.

For children under 12 years old there is a 50% discount on most offers.

Prices for excursions are indicated in euros.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the cost of the excursion if you are late or cancel it less than 24 hours before the arrival of the transport.

If you were unable to travel due to health reasons, please obtain a certificate from your doctor and we will definitely refund your money.

FORCE MAJEURE

It is extremely rare, for reasons beyond our control, that some excursion services and routes may be unavailable. Please be understanding about this. We will promptly find a replacement and do everything possible to make your holiday excellent.
